Let’s make chicken/lamb Curry

Naani’s All in One Masala Spice blend adds depth, warmth & Flavour to your Curries. Our whole spices are washed, roasted & freshly ground to perfect the aromas and taste of your Curry. These small batches of homemade masala are much more potent.

Heat 100ml Ghee/oil of your preference
Braise +/- 200g onion
Add 30g of Naani’s Pure Garlic & Ginger
Naani’s All-in-One Masala Blend TO BE ADDED PER kg of protein used, to achieve theĀ PREFERRED HEAT RESULT:
Add 25g Mild
Add 35g Medium Heat
Add 45g HOT HOT
Add 50g + 2 Tblspn Naani’s Red Chilli Sauce = Fiery

1Kg Protein 9Chicken/Lamb)
100g grated tomato
Salt to taste
Allow to cook
Add Veg (e.g. potatoes, cabbage, dahl, etc.) as preferred (400g)
Allow to cook as desired
Garnish with fresh chopped Dhania
